New mexicooooooooo
By Mykal • Oct 26th, 2007 • Category: UncategorizedEarlier this week I had to take a business trip to beautiful New Mexico “The Land of Enchantment” before getting there I was extremely lucky to experiance an insanely over crowded airport at 5:00am (still dark outside)…

(If you look all the way down past the buff dude you can see where the security checkpoint begins)
After I left Orange County I had to take a connecting flight from Phoenix Az, in case you didn’t know that airport has the LONGEST “people mover ramps” in the U.S.

The thing was seriously longer than two MASSIVE airplanes parked on opposite sides of each other

After getting on my FINAL plane to New Mexico I was treated with one of Arizona’s finest fashion contributions:
THE Z COIL SHOE!!!

Those things are seriously the sickest things around…. I really cant imagine anything better for your feet then a shoe with a metal spring attached to the bottom of it.
Once I landed in Albuquerque I had the pleasure of enjoying 3 hours of some of the finest desert in the world during our drive to Roswell

After we were done with our first day in Wonderful Roswell, we ate at the one and only “NUTTIN’ FANCY” breakfast house in Roswell…. This place was nothing but classy.. with the syrup served out of empty beer bottles I knew I was going to experiance one of the best breakfast’s of my life

After that we drove BACK to Albuquerque to catch a flight back home…
First stop:
Prices restaurant, nothing says good food like a giant cow!

Next stop:
Clines Corner, seriously the BEST thing I have ever seen in New Mexico…

For those of you who don’t know, this store features anything and everything that has to do with Cowboys and Indians…its almost like a giant toy store in the 1950’s mixed with an Antiques Roadshow garage sale….

The selection there was literally second to none.

If you ever wondered where you can find a bear T-shirt in a box…. You don’t need to wonder anymore

and the one thing that I actually purchased from this glorious store (even though I have no use for it)

(And I do plan on living my life like a REAL Mexicano)
After we left the World’s greatest useless shop…I was treated with another 3 hours of glorious New Mexico desert

Once we arrived at the Albuquerque airport… there was some die cast plane collectors wet dream come true on display:

After that I got on my plane home and for some reason it was rocking a Multicolored lighting theme above the passenger windows.

Nonetheless I got home and realized that eventhough we may have INSANELY expensive rent, earthquakes, and douche bags who set fires….I am soo glad to live in CA.
