A CHAT WITH FREE THE ROBOTS

Now a days, it seems as though there are very few artists who no one can ever say anything bad about, and when you have the chance to actually meet those artist and become their friends you can understand why.

Free the Robots is one of those artists, I remember first hearing about them 3 years ago and it seemed the more I mentioned their name the more I realized they had fans in places that you would never expect. Nonetheless these guys have always been people who we can’t help but respect and admire for doing what they do, Not only are they some ridiculously amazing musicians but, they are now successful restauranteurs. The opening of the crosby has not only provided everyone a place to eat some of the most amazing food O.C has seen, it is also one of the few venues who are actually pushing the envelope of music and allowing experimental artists (who would otherwise have no other venues to play) come in and perfect their craft.

Recently Clement & Co. had the chance to sit down with 1/2 of the group (Chris Alfaro) to pick his brain about what it’s like living in the heart of Santa Ana, What it is like opening a new restaurant, and what inspired him for the new album. Check it out here:
