Raymond Roker, the editor and chief of URB discusses the past 20 years of running a Magazine. This man pushed the envelope and broke boundaries to pave the way for other magazines to come. Take head of his words and listen to his stories because Raymond was writing about graffiti, fashion, art before it was cool.”
