NIGHTMARE BEFORE HALLOWEEN / LAST MUTE FRIDAYS (photos)

This is a tough post to write because I have so many thoughts and emotions on these guys. If it werent for the shits from MUTE97 we wouldnt have made two of our closest friends in this scene nor would have had a guaranteed good time on a Friday night.

The MUTE97 guys did more than just promote / host a party in the heart of downtown Santa Ana, they actually GAVE something back to the city and the scene. Despite giving out a million dollars worth of free drinks to their friends and family over the past three years, they also helped educate thousands of people about different styles and genres of music. They have booked some legendary talent and they have also provided a place for new talent to make a name for themselves. MUTE FRIDAYS was the one Friday night I have ever been to that was ALWAYS a good time! no matter how busy the night was, you could always count on extremely generous and friendly faces waiting for you as soon as you walked through that door. I miss MUTE FRIDAYS already but with that said… here are some photos from the very last night. I wish I would have taken more photos but I didnt get there until VERY late because the person I rolled with decided to lag allllll night.
